Justin began at Gel in early 2020 – turns out it was not the easiest time to start a new position! But he has taken all that 2020 has thrown at him and quickly proven his value as part of the Gel team. He has had a varied career in NZ and the UK, largely working on bespoke houses, apartments, Kainga Ora projects and childcare developments.
Justin’s favourite things about working for Gel? He is appreciating the coffee machine and home brew kit, the team environment and the sharing of ideas and knowledge to get the best outcomes for clients. But not necessarily in that order, right Justin?!
Justin also has a heap of enthusiasm for his 1970 Triumph Herald, 1960 Vespa, mountain biking, snowboarding, and of course his family.

Gel Architects believes strongly in presenting clever design concepts that will stimulate and excite clients – while also being robust enough to withstand close scrutiny from others involved in the project. Our internal working method is a large contributor to this. This involves taking input from the entire team, with full critique sessions that interrogate the work.
